• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products and used beauty tools cannot be returned.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
